Responsibilities
Collaborate logistics activities with our suppliers and international 3PL partners to ensure timely and efficient management of purchase orders
Coordinate and manage logistics for outbound international shipments and inventory transit across global markets
Monitor and report on inventory levels, transit statuses, and logistics performance metrics
Assist in optimizing global supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance for international shipments, inbound and outbound transit
Provide regular KPI updates and maintain supply chain databases
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
Proven experience in global supply chain, logistics, or inventory management
Strong understanding of international shipping, customs, and transit regulations
Excellent coordination and communication skills, with a focus on international partners
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
Proficient in NetSuite or comparable ERP, WMS software, Microsoft Excel
