Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned IT and Engineering requisitions in a high-volume environment
Partner with HR Business Partners and business leadership to align recruiting efforts with business goals
Execute recruiting strategies to attract and hire talent across critical technical functions
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive hiring outcomes
Demonstrate success recruiting for Engineering and IT roles, including highly technical positions
Contribute to knowledge sharing and collaboration within the Talent Acquisition and HR teams
Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to increase efficiency and candidate quality
Leverage data, metrics, and trends to inform recruiting decisions and drive results
Approach work with accountability, ethical judgment, and a strong sense of ownership

Required

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a regional or national level
Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring initiatives simultaneously
Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build stakeholder buy-in
Ability to collect, analyze, and present recruiting data to various audiences
Comfortable operating in a transformational, growth-oriented organization
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Applied Sciences, or a related discipline

Preferred

Experience recruiting for mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers
Experience recruiting for project management and product management roles
Corporate recruiting background strongly preferred
