Deliver oral arguments at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB)

Qualification

Required

Two+ years of patent prosecution experience
Electrical engineering and/or computer science degrees preferred
Other technical degrees will be considered, including mechanical engineering, physics and software
