HRIS Analyst - Senior

Children’s Minnesota is one of the largest pediatric health systems in the United States, providing care exclusively to children. The HRIS Analyst will serve as a functional expert for the design, development, and testing of new technologies for the HR function, including recruiting, training, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

Participate in team and inter-team groups (HRIS and IT) to develop our Peoplesoft and Kronos systems
Develop standard and ad hoc reports for team metrics, processes and audit controls
Develop and implement audit controls for the ESC staff in the area of payroll and benefits, identifying data risks and data integrity issues and initiating solutions
Participate in system testing for our quarterly releases, maintain various tables within PS, and set up user accounts for Kronos

Required

College degree in Business, Human Resources or IT (or equivalent experience in a related field)
2-4 years of increasingly complex experience in PeopleSoft systems to include table set up for: payroll, base benefits, ben admin, administer workforce and advanced query writing
1-2 years experience utilizing Kronos timekeeper system
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs
Ability to develop, accurately document and train on new applications and processes
Good understanding of all the functions within HR and knowledge of related laws and regulations
Effective oral, written, and listening communications skills
Problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to make appropriate decisions, multi-tasking skills, independence and team skills
Strong customer service skills with attention to detail and follow through
