Medegen Medical Products is seeking a Reclaim Operator C to assist in the daily operation of the pelletizing reclaim system in the Reclaim Area. The role involves working closely with Film Line Technicians and ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

Strive to achieve departmental production and quality objectives

Comply with all Plant Safety and Product Safety requirements

Demonstrate safe work habits, ensuring equipment is in safe working condition, reporting unsafe acts/conditions to the Senior Reclaim Operator, follows Lock Out / Tag Out as necessary

Follow quality procedures; identifying and correcting quality defects with assistance

Identify and ensure segregation of products with assistance

Operate reclaim equipment (paperwork, inspection, etc.) with assistance

Conduct efficient and effective shift change

Certified forklift operator

Comply with company recycling policy

Comply with company housekeeping policies; maintaining housekeeping checklists throughout each shift

Overtime as required
