Build strong, strategic relationships and drive sales growth across assigned territory
Deliver responsive, knowledgeable support to clients and partners
Engage directly with architects, engineers, developers, contractors, and channel partners
Position Bestbath’s innovative bathing solutions at the forefront of specification and purchasing decisions
Leverage a consultative sales approach to integrate seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders
Promote long-term customer partnerships and deliver tailored product solutions

Required

Experience in sales management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of commercial markets, including remodeling and new construction
Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with architects, engineers, developers, contractors, and channel partners
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to leverage a consultative sales approach
Experience in driving sales growth and expanding market reach
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
