Responsibilities
Operating and maintaining TRUMPF 2D and 3D laser equipment
Material handling – loading and unloading sheet metal with forklifts and cranes
Programming and setting up TRUMPF 2D and 3D laser equipment – make manual adjustments for cut quality and change cutting paths, troubleshooting
Document in-process jobs
Shear/trim sheet metal
Do surface plate layouts with a variety of inspection tools
Changing tech tables for better cut conditions
Follow all safety procedures
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED, vocational training
1-2 years manufacturing experience
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic problem solving skills
Ability to read blueprints
Basic arithmetic skills
