Responsibilities

Be an outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable Service Technician who builds relationships with customers and solves their HVAC problems
Work in a more intimate setting. We have a wide range of Residential customers which gives you the chance to service all kinds of residential HVAC equipment, including Heat Pumps, Gas and Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, Geo-Thermal Units, and everything in between
Provide homeowners with your honest opinion based on the facts you have so they can make an informed decision
Find and fix the small problems before they turn into bigger, more expensive repairs, to do right by the customer and to help their equipment last longer
Work under minimum supervision but also be a part of a team that respects each other and leans on each other when needed
Provide guidance and share the knowledge you have spent your career learning with those just getting started in the trade

Required

5 + years of Residential HVAC service experience
Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record
A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work
Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade
Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email to communicate with any member of our customer's organization

Preferred

An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required
CFC Certification - Type I and II, Universal is ideal!
