Local Product Owner, Power Amplifer

Mid LevelNokia is currently seeking a local product owner to support the power amplifier team for the development of radios used for mobile network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the team backlog, coordinating with design and project management teams, and ensuring the successful execution of product features from inception to end of life.

Responsibilities
Ownership of Team Backlog items (elements from decomposed Fusion Product Backlog affecting Team)
Responsible for maintaining Team Backlog item Pipeline
Accountable for the transparent Team Backlog
Developing and communicating Team targets related to the Product/Feature goals
Creating and communicating Team Backlog items
Transparent prioritization of Team Backlog items
Defining Team level backlog items
Helps to provide input for Team Backlog refinement
Responsible for following DoD and for declaring Team Backlog items as done
Continuous coordination of Team Backlog items dependencies with other teams' Backlog items
Participates in PO Sync to address relevant topics with stakeholders, e.g., with other LPO’s , APO’s and FOT Leaders
Manages Team level execution risks
Qualification
Required
Must have good all-around knowledge of RF products and/or Software development/verification
Must have good project management skills to create schedules, track progress, and provide status reports
Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a group
Good English communication for reports, presentations, and technical writing
Good computer skills and well organized
BS in Electrical or related Engineering
Preferred
Having a specialty in data mining is preferred
Previous industrial experience preferred
Proven track record - previous involvement in successful product development programs is a definite plus
