Responsibilities
Support the Quality Control Processors to ensure all aspects of documentation work are completed within the allocated timeframes in line with changing business needs and project objectives and requirements
Ensures proper file set up and organization of records
Works with the operations team to resolve documentation errors, omissions or unapproved deviations from loan approval
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; and one-year of banking or insurance experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate with bank personnel of all levels, and bank clients
Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently, establish priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Proficient in the use of basic computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Basic office machine operation skills; printers, scanners, copiers, postage machine, etc
