Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise-level clients, building strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders
Design and implement customized engagement programs that drive product adoption, usage, and measurable success across complex organizations
Lead onboarding for new and existing enterprise clients, ensuring a smooth and value-driven implementation experience
Oversee and execute multiple client and internal projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business objectives, and effective resource coordination
Partner with sales support and marketing teams to ensure our services are effectively integrated into the sales and relationship management process
Prepare materials for internal/client meetings, including customized presentations, agendas, reporting, and follow-up documentation
Develop and manage client success plans aligned with our client’s business goals, proactively identifying risks and opportunities
Partner with Corporate Client Success, Tech, and Support teams to advocate for client needs and drive continuous improvement
Provide clients with regular insights and performance reporting
Support retention efforts and identify upsell opportunities, collaborating with the sales team to execute
Process and Prepare invoices through detailed participant file management and collaboration with Finance for timely invoices

Required

5+ years of experience in a Client Success, Account Management, or Program Management specific to retirement industry to completion, including planning, resource coordination, timeline management, and stakeholder communication
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client goals and translate them into actionable plans
Experience using CRM and CS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot, etc.)
Must take initiative, be imaginative, and persuasive
Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, working cross-functionally in fast-paced, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment
Experience designing and scaling engagement programs is a plus

Preferred

Background in the Wellness Industry
Familiarity with data-driven success strategies and KPIs
Experience in managing institutional clients with multi-million-dollar engagements
