Sap Pcs Consultant
XDuce is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their Finance Data Layer (FDL) program. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements (business, functional, and technical)
Develop and review STTMs, Functional Specifications, and Data Dictionary updates
Translate business needs into a well-defined product backlog —breaking down work into Epics, Features, and User Stories for both the Finance Data Layer and ERP Finance Integration solutions
Define Acceptance Criteria and ensure clear Definition of Done for each story/PBI
Provide ongoing support during grooming, sprint planning, and sprints by clarifying requirements and priorities
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and PI (Program Increment) planning sessions
Support Data Requirements, Testing, and Calculation Workshops , as well as the creation of Technical Design Documents
Assist with Test Case documentation , Defect Triage sessions , and Data Quality & Audit Balance Control (ABC) framework initiatives
Partner with development and QA teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Finance or Data-related projects
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with data analysis, testing support, and technical documentation
Preferred
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and sprint management
