Sales Executive
F1 Information Technologies, Inc. (F1it.com) is seeking a hunter Sales Executive to drive new MSP managed services and compliance revenue from net‑new logos in the Fort Worth area. This role is responsible for building and nurturing a personal pipeline through networking, outbound prospecting, and field-based relationship building, then leading the sales cycle through close.

Responsibilities
Own a new‑business quota for:
New MSP managed services agreements
New project and compliance engagements tied to those agreements
Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through outbound prospecting and field activity
Proactively build and manage a personal pipeline of target accounts using:
Networking (BNI, chambers, industry associations, COIs)
Outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn prospecting
Conferences, community events, and F1‑sponsored marketing campaigns.
Conduct in‑person and virtual discovery meetings with business owners and executives to uncover business, compliance, and security pain points
Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to shape solutions and design proposals that align with client business outcomes.
Create, present, and negotiate proposals, agreements, and scopes of work; drive the opportunity through to signed agreement and initial deposit.
Maintain accurate and timely updates of all activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the PSA/CRM, following the defined sales process and sales stages.
Attend required daily/weekly pipeline reviews, 1:1s, and company all‑hands meetings prepared with current metrics and next actions.
Attend MSP‑sponsored industry, charity, and educational events and represent F1 IT professionally in the community.
Stay current on MSP, cybersecurity, and compliance trends to speak credibly with business and compliance leaders.
Partner closely with the service delivery team to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to onboarding and to identify expansion opportunities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of B2B new‑business sales experience, ideally in technology, cybersecurity, or MSP/IT services
Demonstrated success hitting or exceeding a recurring revenue or services quota in a hunter role
Strong prospecting skills: able to book your own meetings via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking events
Ability to perform persuasive public speaking and one‑to‑many presentations on MSP and cybersecurity topics
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and executive‑level conversation skills
Ability to ask consultative questions to uncover business, risk, and compliance problems—not just IT symptoms
Comfortable working in multiple systems (PSA/CRM, email, LinkedIn, sales enablement tools) and adapting to change quickly
Basic technical awareness of networks, cloud, security, and compliance so you can position F1's solutions and bring in technical resources appropriately
Self‑motivated, competitive, and comfortable managing your own schedule in a fast‑moving, field‑based environment
