Responsibilities

Self-starter with the ability to recognize and creatively solve complex problems
Serve both as an individual contributor and lead a project team
Take ownership of project success and maintain customer relationships
Identify and manage project schedules and risks
Support business development through proposal writing and the pursuit of strategic partnerships
Plan and execute tests in an independent & inventive manner
Document project progress

Qualification

Required

Experience with Anti-submarine Warfare (ASW) applications of acoustic signal processing
Developing signal processing techniques on real-world underwater acoustic arrays
Taking an algorithm through the Navy's APB process for vetting
Acoustic target tracking and multi-sensor fusion techniques
Acoustic blind-source separation (BSS) techniques
Phased-array processing and array design and performance analysis
Acoustic testing, data acquisition, and data analysis
Acoustic undersea warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures
MS degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or closely related field
5+ years of experience with listed qualifications
Must be US Citizens and may be subject to a security investigation

Preferred

PhD degree is a plus (but not a requirement)
Excellent presentation and writing skills
