Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes
Troubleshoot complex calendar permissions
Ensure accurate license management and auditing
Support budgeting and admin console management
Coordinate with stakeholders during troubleshooting
Communicate technical constraints in business-friendly language
Document learnings as systems mature
Operate independently without heavy oversight
Use Jira for work management
Qualification
Required
3 years of Google Workspace administration experience
Proficient in user management, calendars, groups, licensing
Strong troubleshooting and testing skills
Excellent communication and soft skills
Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders
Experience with Jira or similar work management tools
