Altice USA is a leader in the fast-paced world of connectivity, seeking a Supervisor of B2C Field Operations to oversee their internal and external workforce delivering telecommunications services. The role involves managing a diverse team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide seamless service delivery to business customers.

Communications Infrastructure

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a diverse team of field operations professionals, including Business Partners, technicians, and support staff
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, including safety standards and quality assurance
Assist in creating project scopes for various Managed Wi-Fi projects and validating work that has been completed and invoiced
Provide on-site support/coordination as needed, for Managed Wi-Fi installations and service calls
Ability to travel if needed to support installation projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to business customers, including sales, customer support, and network operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, telecommunications, engineering, or related field
4+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets in a B2C or B2B environment
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans
Knowledge of telecommunications networks, technologies, and industry trends
Experience managing budgets and financial performance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change
Ability to travel up to 50% for the time within continental US
Strong Microsoft knowledge including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
