Responsibilities

Gathers time critical information, communicates internally to reach decisions on each action and accurately prepares corporate action instructions for delivery to custodians within tight timeframes

Updates client accounts in internal systems for corporate action transactions

Identifies and escalates potential voluntary corporate action related risk issues that may result in financial losses if not acted upon timely

Provides feedback and recommendations to continuously improve processes and mitigate risk

Completes special projects

Required

Knowledge of corporate actions

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred

Experience with BBH Infomediary, Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX), Bloomberg and Microsoft Office suite of products
