Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and store data from multiple sources

Develop and optimize data models in Snowflake that support analytics, reporting, and machine learning use cases

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Implement data quality frameworks, monitoring, and alerting to ensure data accuracy and reliability

Integrate data from Salesforce and other enterprise systems into centralized data platforms

Support analytics and BI teams with performant, well-documented data assets

Contribute to data governance, security, and compliance initiatives

Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Required

3+ years of experience in data engineering or related data-focused roles

Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database design

Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Apache Airflow, dbt, or similar

Proficiency in Python or another programming language for data processing

Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)

Understanding of data modeling concepts (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to data quality

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce data extraction and integration

Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI

Experience with streaming data platforms, particularly Kafka

Experience with AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda)

Knowledge of data governance and data catalog tools

Experience with CI/CD pipelines for data workflows (GitHub Actions preferred)

Interest in AI systems, automation, or advanced analytics
