Qualification
Required
5+ years prior property management and supervisory experience
capable of monitoring and evaluating the work of a small team to ensure goals are met and standards are maintained
Basic carpentry skills
Basic plumbing skills
Basic drywall skills
Basic electrical skills
skilled at managing numerous vendors through effective prioritizing, scheduling, and oversight
