Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the Carl’s Place eCommerce site. Be the subject matter expert of our platform, understanding exactly how the site works within our tech stack, how products are built in the backend, and how customers experience the frontend
Manage our Build Your Own Golf Simulator tool - fully understanding the setup and product compatibility that makes this complex configurator work for our customers
Own our SEO/AEO strategy, ensuring our site structure and content are built to win
Serve as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor: executing product launches and site updates while also building a team to share these responsibilities
Develop and refine scalable workflows that empower the team to manage the site with speed and precision
Oversee our paid media, optimizing and aligning with our organic growth goals
Oversee analytics, tracking, testing, and reporting, using data to find opportunities for improvement and run the tests to fix them
Manage audience data and segmentation to ensure the right messages reach the right customers through coordinated targeting and retargeting efforts
Collaborate on the overall eCommerce roadmap and take direct responsibility for the growth and success of the website
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex e-commerce platforms, specifically Magento
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining accurate data and hitting deadlines within a fast-paced project management environment
Experience directing the activities of a department to achieve organizational goals
Strong collaboration skills, working across teams to align on execution plans
Deep knowledge of SEO, AEO and digital marketing/analytics platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, AI tools, analytics platforms, GA4, Tag Manager etc.) and the ability to use analytics to drive growth and optimize performance
Process-driven thinker who can optimize workflows and improve efficiency
Solutions-oriented mindset, skilled at balancing the need for 'quick fixes' while concurrently diagnosing root causes and implementing permanent, scalable fixes
Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion optimization, and campaign attribution
Ability to commute to Milton, WI 53563 (Required)
Ability to relocate to Milton, WI 53563: Relocate before starting work (Required)
