Sales Director of Risk Mitigation Services – Labor Dispute Services

Responsibilities
Developing and accomplishing lead generation
Prospecting – business development
Represent all labor dispute service lines offered
Research bargaining agreement expirations that have a need for security, contingent labor, logistical services
Review Newswire Reports and Reports which are tied to business development focus areas
Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads to start the sales process
Complete 25 lead generation activities per day to qualify leads
Daily data input into CRM database
Complete Daily, Weekly and Monthly Activity within CRM
Scheduling of appointments with clients
Vendor Qualification Packets
Follow up marketing materials to prospects
Site Assessments and Proposal Review
Complete or assist with RFI/RFP Responses
Work with Operations Department during the sales process as needed
Consult Operations team during the planning & execution phases of service delivery to clients
Gather any information from Operations as requested by our client
Daily communication with direct supervisor
Weekly participation in Staff Meeting
Assist with trade shows or client presentations as requested
Post projects follow up with client – Quality Assurance and cross selling focus
Ensure that all work processes remain in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, Company policies, and safety requirements
Any additional functions which will be assigned by senior management
Qualification
Required
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Highly proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Dynamics CRM
Excellent telephone sales/personality skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Highly energetic and a self starter
Able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
Should be honest, assertive and systematic
Able to take direction from supervisor along with being an independent worker
Demonstrated ability to effectively present, interact with and negotiate with all organizational levels
Superior strategic and analytical skills
Must have valid driver's license, good driving record and proof of insurance
Superior level for attention to detail
Demonstrated ability for problem solving
Willingness to travel as necessary in order to fulfill the job responsibilities
Clean criminal background
College Degree in Marketing/Sales, Business Administration/Management and/or 2-4 years commensurate experience in account management, operations and business development
5 to 10 years' knowledge and experience in selling a high-end services as opposed to a product
Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the sales process. Knowledge of the services the company provides including personnel, equipment, items and other materials handled by the Company. Must be able to read and understand information as it pertains to business practices. Needs excellent communication, time management skills, positive attitude and have a professional personal appearance
Preferred
Prior experience and exposure in security, logistics and temporary labor operations is preferred
