Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities focused on labor disputes and strike preparedness
Research collective bargaining agreement expirations, union activity, and labor risk indicators
Monitor Newswire and labor intelligence reports tied to targeted industries
Complete a minimum of 25 daily lead-generation activities
Identify and engage executive decision-makers
Lead discovery and needs assessment conversations
Conduct site assessments and develop tailored solutions
Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and presentations
Lead or assist with RFI/RFP responses and contract negotiations
Close deals and secure signed service agreements
Maintain accurate data in Dynamics CRM
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reporting
Post-project follow-up and quality assurance
Identify cross-selling and repeat business opportunities
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience selling high-end B2B services
Proven full-cycle sales success
Strong executive presence and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
