Appliance Repair Technician Trainee
Guinco Service is a premier, family-owned appliance repair company seeking motivated individuals for their GCART training program. This role offers paid training to learn the trade of appliance repair, with responsibilities including assisting senior technicians and providing customer service.

Responsibilities
Learn: Actively participate in all classroom and field training sessions
Assist: Support Senior Technicians during in-home repairs (lifting, tool management, disassembly)
Drive: Operate a company vehicle safely and responsibly
Engage: Provide professional, empathetic customer service ("The Guinco Way")
Grow: Master the diagnostics of refrigeration, laundry, cooking, and cleaning appliances
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License with a clean record
Ability to lift/maneuver 50 lbs and occasionally up to 125 lbs
Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen
Basic computer/iPad proficiency
Mechanical Aptitude: You don't need professional experience, but you should be 'handy.' (e.g., You work on your own car, build computers, fix HVAC, or have construction/military experience)
Grit & Reliability: The first two years of this trade are challenging. We need resilient problem-solvers who show up on time and don't give up when a diagnosis gets tough
Customer Focus: You must be comfortable entering customer homes and communicating clearly
