Responsibilities

Prepare and oversee financial reporting activities, including coordination of annual audits and review of periodic financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
Prepare and maintain required regulatory filings and officer certifications
Maintain disclosure controls and procedures to support audits and ongoing regulatory reporting requirements
Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures
Apply valuation methodologies in accordance with applicable accounting and regulatory standards
Monitor expense ratios and related limitation or recapture arrangements
Manage relationships with third-party service providers, including administrators and custodians, to ensure accuracy and performance
Reconcile third-party records with internal systems, including cash and investment balances
Serve as a primary contact for accounting and custody-related inquiries, resolving discrepancies as needed
Support investment and portfolio management teams with exposure monitoring, compliance tracking, and ad hoc financial analysis

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
CPA required
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and investment company regulatory requirements
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Experience with data analysis tools
