The Slitter Supervisor will lead a high-volume slitter operation, ensuring safe and efficient production while developing a strong frontline team and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Leads, Operators, and Associates

Own day-to-day production performance for the assigned shift

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, ISO, QMS, and Standard Work

Identify process gaps, reduce variation, and drive continuous improvement using Lean tools

Communicate shift performance, risks, and action plans to leadership

Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational issues

Required

High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

4–5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (high-volume/printing a plus)

Strong knowledge of production processes, safety, and quality systems

Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and solve problems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs occasionally

English required; Spanish a plus

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred

High-volume/printing experience a plus
