Get House Ready is seeking a highly experienced and fully licensed Insurance Professional to serve as a foundational leader for The Get Ready Group. In this dual-capacity role, you will manage daily insurance operations while serving temporarily as the Designated Relevant Licensed Producer (DRLP) for the agency.

Responsibilities

Agency Licensing: Serve as the designated individual responsible for the agency's compliance with state insurance laws and regulations. This function is temporary and will last approximately 30-45 days only

Pre-Approval Quoting: Respond to automated triggers from the Lending Team to make sure our clients are provided preliminary homeowner’s insurance quotes for buyers in the pre-approval phase

DTI Optimization: Work closely with Loan Officers and Insurance Orgination Team to find insurance solutions that lower the client's Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratio, helping 'Refer/Eligible' files move to 'Approve/Eligible.'

Closing Coordination: Coordinate with the Transaction Coordinator to ensure evidence of insurance is delivered to the lender and title company 10 days prior to closing

Multi-Line Sales: Beyond Homeowners Insurance, you will pivot to offer Auto, Umbrella, and Mortgage Protection (Life Insurance) to our closed clients

Pipeline Management: Use GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage insurance leads and ensure 100% capture rate from our internal real estate deals
