Tier4 Group is looking for a seasoned implementation leader to drive complex underwriting system rollouts across technology, operations, and business teams. This role leads system, API, and process implementations across underwriting, technology, and operations.

Lead multiple core system implementations end-to-end

Serve as primary stakeholder contact during delivery

Coordinate cross-functional teams, timelines, and dependencies

Manage risks, testing, deployments, and implementation readiness

Support data vendor integrations and platform rollouts
