Responsibilities

Support Services
Finance/Accounting/Payroll
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Mercy’s financial systems, ensuring data integrity and system optimization across multiple stakeholder areas
Manage a team of finance application analysts and senior consultants
Serve as the primary administrator for the Infor-Lawson General Ledger and related modules
Drive cross-functional coordination for system upgrades, integrations, and reporting
Champion process automation, standardization, and continuous improvement to support accurate financial reporting and audit readiness

Required

Minimum 5 years in financial systems administration or ERP management; prior leadership experience required
Strong knowledge of Lawson ERP, data integration, reporting tools, and change management processes

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology
Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and effectively allocate resources between multiple projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with and lead diverse groups
