Licensed Health Insurance Agent
MeetingsTech is seeking a Licensed Health Insurance Agent to provide exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products. The role involves conducting sales activities, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the insurance portfolio.
Responsibilities
Conduct sales activities to generate new business and expand client base
Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and ensure client satisfaction
Provide expert advice on various insurance products
Maintain accurate sales administration records and documentation for compliance purposes
Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to their requirements
Assist clients with benefits administration and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Participate in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and promote services
Qualification
Required
Strong outside sales experience with a track record of achieving targets
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others
Proficient in sales administration processes and tools
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs effectively
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role
Preferred
Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred
Background in retail sales is advantageous
