Responsibilities

Define and manage product scope, vision, priorities, roadmap, and backlog aligned with business objectives
Drive PI and sprint planning, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies
Plan and manage initiatives, features, epics, and stories in JIRA
Lead agile PODs, overseeing daily activities and driving delivery through agile methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional, globally distributed teams and ensure seamless coordination through the full delivery lifecycle
Apply banking data SME knowledge to guide development of long-term, scalable data solutions
Provide clear, concise, and regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders

Qualification

Required

Minimum 15 years of experience in data product management, with strong stakeholder alignment and strategic planning skills
Minimum 10 years of domain experience in banking (preferably in commercial and retail banking) and regulatory data
Minimum 10 years of experience working within Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) environments
Define and manage product scope, vision, priorities, roadmap, and backlog aligned with business objectives
Drive PI and sprint planning, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies
Plan and manage initiatives, features, epics, and stories in JIRA
Lead agile PODs, overseeing daily activities and driving delivery through agile methodologies
