Handling confidential personnel and financial documents
Assists Directors with daily operational functions
Acts as Human Resource liaison
Maintains time and attendance
Assists and coordinates calendar for Director
Maintains expense accounts
Coordinate IT requests for service
Responsible for office supplies across the Department
Monitor accounts payable
Compiles data for reports and other duties as necessary
