Sales and Marketing Analyst

The role involves engaging prospective customers, qualifying leads, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping to book sales calls with decision makers.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, sequences) to targeted enterprise personas
Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team
Build and maintain lead lists, contact databases, and account intelligence
Prepare pre-call briefs and talking points for sales leadership
Track and report on pipeline metrics, outreach performance, and conversion rates
Create marketing collateral including one-pagers, use case briefs, and light competitor summaries
Assist in writing/reviewing outreach sequences, campaign copy, and persona-aligned messaging
Help manage social media, thought leadership posts, and newsletter content
Coordinate webinars, virtual events, and customer email campaigns
Research potential customer segments, industry trends, competitors, and adjacent tools (LLMs, document AI, data governance, security platforms)
Produce concise insight summaries to support GTM strategy and product positioning
Identify new high-value verticals or buyer personas based on research findings
Maintain CRM hygiene, track lead status, and ensure data accuracy
Build dashboards and reports to help leadership understand funnel performance
Support leadership in preparing pitch decks, demos, and follow-up materials
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in sales support, SDR/BDR, demand generation, or marketing operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in creating concise, executive-level messaging
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Comfortable engaging with Director and VP-level buyers
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts (AI, data security, privacy, enterprise workflows)
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and strong follow-through
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing outreach and marketing KPIs
Preferred
Experience in AI, SaaS, cybersecurity, or data analytics domains
Prior work in early-stage startup environments
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or similar tools
Familiarity with compliance, legal, security, or data-governance personas
