Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts with merchants, partners, resellers, and vendors, including SaaS, services, hardware, and integration agreements

Counsel sales, product, and engineering teams on contractual risk, go-to-market terms, and deal structuring for merchant-facing products

Advise on regulatory, compliance, and payment network requirements and coordinate responses to legal and regulatory inquiries

Collaborate with IP, privacy, security, finance, tax, and compliance specialists to resolve cross-functional legal matters

Manage outside counsel engagements, oversee matter budgets, and drive efficient legal processes for routine and complex transactions

Provide strategic legal input on product features, pricing models, and partner integrations to support business objectives
