Responsibilities
Source candidates for a variety of roles within Susquehanna
Work with managers to define hiring needs and create a sourcing strategy for each role
Research competitors and industry trends to develop creative outreach to attract perspective candidates
Measure the success of your sourcing and outreach through tracking metrics and making recommendations based on your findings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a sourcer or recruiter required
Strong sense of urgency, emotional intelligence, and highly intellectually curious
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Desire and aptitude to develop a functional understanding of the lines of business you support
Experience with advanced sourcing techniques beyond job boards and LIR
Ability to be on-site in our Philadelphia-area headquarters 4 days per week
