They are seeking a Member Relationship Representative to provide personalized financial guidance, open new accounts, and build relationships with members to improve their financial lives.

Responsibilities

Educate and guide members on financial products tailored to their needs

Open new accounts, process consumer loan applications, and assist with financial solutions

Conduct new member onboarding, ensuring they feel supported through regular follow-ups

Engage members in-person and by phone to provide exceptional service

Support branch operations, handle teller transactions, and address inquiries with accuracy and professionalism

Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve shared goals
