Responsibilities

Identify, develop and sign new partners to expand Verafin’s reach into target segments and markets
Coordinate full cycle partner activation: pipeline generation, deal progression, and closing activities
Deliver annual and quarterly booking and revenue targets through partner portfolio
Own partner relationships, drive performance, forecast accuracy, and booking and revenue growth
Build and execute joint account plans, campaigns, and co-sell motions with partners and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, report on partner pipeline, forecast, and attainment
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product etc. to accelerate partner-driven opportunities

Required

7-10+ years in channel sales, partnership business development, or partner account management, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or fraud/AML solutions
Demonstrated success in exceeding booking and revenue goals through partner ecosystems
Experience in recruiting, enabling, and managing high-performing partners
Deep understanding of co-selling motions and partner pipeline management
Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Salesforce and partner management tools (PRM, co-sell tracking)
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

Preferred

MBA or equivalent advanced degree
Experience with SaaS products, fraud and AML solutions
Established network across fraud/AML, payments, fintech, banking
