Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of Workday Human Resources system implementations leveraging technical expertise
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define detailed requirements, analyze tradeoffs, and create scalable, maintainable solutions
Utilize skills in Python, APIs, AWS Cloud, and JavaScript to build and integrate core technology components
Proactively identify and resolve production issues through comprehensive root-cause analysis to ensure system reliability
Optimize system architectures and design patterns to improve performance and user experience
Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting adherence to industry best practices and current technology trends
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday releases and innovations to continuously enhance solution quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technical consulting or software development with a focus on Workday implementations
Advanced to fluent proficiency in English, capable of engaging effectively with international stakeholders
Strong expertise in Python programming, RESTful API integration, AWS cloud services, and JavaScript
Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Master's degree or higher
Experience mentoring teams and leading technical training sessions
Deep familiarity with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules and configurations
Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in HR systems and cloud computing
