Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for IT initiatives

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Monitor project progress, milestones, and risks to ensure successful delivery

Serve as the primary point of contact between IT teams, state agencies, and vendors

Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation planning with business and technical teams

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives

Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and performance reports to leadership and stakeholders

Identify and mitigate project risks, security concerns, and compliance issues

Ensure adherence to Arkansas state IT policies, cybersecurity best practices, and procurement regulations

Implement contingency plans and issue resolution strategies for project challenges

Recommend process improvements and technology solutions to enhance efficiency and service delivery

Assist in the modernization of state IT systems, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives

Required

Ability to lead teams, drive project success, and make data-informed decisions
