Director/ExecutiveBold Futures Academy is a youth entrepreneurship nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to entrepreneurship education for high school students. They are seeking a senior fundraising leader to join its Board of Directors as the Director of Development & Fundraising Strategy, responsible for driving organization-wide fundraising strategy across various channels while overseeing volunteer grant writers and fundraising staff.
Non-profit Organization Management
Responsibilities
Lead and refine overall fundraising strategy
Chair the Development Committee and lead quarterly meetings
Provide strategic oversight to volunteer grant writers
Provide guidance to the corporate partnership specialist
Advise on revenue diversification and sustainability
Collaborate with Founder and Board leadership
Attend quarterly board meetings (approximately 1 hour)
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in nonprofit fundraising strategy
Working knowledge of grants, corporate partnerships, and individual giving
Strong strategic and systems-thinking mindset
Passion for youth development and education
Preferred
Prior board or committee leadership experience
