Responsibilities
Assist the Design team prepare for key milestones by monitoring timelines for deliverables and scheduling review sessions
Assist Design Director with buy meeting preparation
Support the Design Director with preparation of the trend report
Plan, facilitate and/or execute assigned design projects
Collaborate with design team and cross-divisional partners to provide insights, inform deliverables and support design
Research trends and competitive brands
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Fashion Design, Textiles or a related field
1+ year of relevant experience with design and conceptual skills
Strong knowledge of textiles, artwork techniques & fabric
Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently or as a team
Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Miro, MS Office suite, and ability to hand-sketch. Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and systems
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
