Temporary Finance / Accounts Receivable Administrative Support
LBU Inc. is a leading U.S.-based manufacturer of cut-and-sewn promotional products. They are seeking a Temporary Finance / AR Administrative professional to support the finance team while a team member is out, focusing primarily on Accounts Receivable and finance-related administrative support.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls related to billing and payments
Respond to Accounts Receivable and billing emails
Create and send customer invoices
Send payment links and assist customers with payment processing
Support basic AR follow-ups as needed
Assist with day-to-day finance and administrative tasks
Collaborate closely with the AR/AP specialist during the training period
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in Accounts Receivable or finance administration
Comfortable with invoicing and payment processing
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in wholesale, distribution, or similar industries is a plus
