Responsibilities
Lead IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Scrum principles
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies
Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and leadership
Collaborate with technical teams and business units to define requirements and ensure successful implementation
Ensure compliance with ISEC’s Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) and governance standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience managing IT projects
CAPM/PMP certification
Working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and experience facilitating ceremonies
Proven ability to manage medium-scale IT projects
Strong stakeholder engagement and risk management skills
Proficiency with project management tools and reporting dashboards
Demonstrates commitment to deliver outstanding service – both with internal and external customers
Takes ownership to personally resolve customer problems (or find someone who can)
Listens well, asks clarifying questions, and checks for agreement with customers
Committed to following up with customers in all instances in a timely manner
Strong sense of accountability - ensures that you will do what you say that you are going to do

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and hybrid project approaches
Experience managing ERP/CRM projects (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
