Oversee daily BDC operations, including inbound/outbound call performance and lead management
Respond to internet leads in a timely manner
Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans to meet monthly goals
Back-up the Finance Manager as needed
Qualification
Required
Previous internet sales and automotive finance experience required
Proven experience managing an automotive BDC/Internet team required
Fantastic communication skills with your customers
Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills
