Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for healthcare client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships

Understand client needs and provide strategic solutions to maximize their success with our services

Proactively engage with clients to ensure high satisfaction, adoption, and retention

Conduct onboarding, training sessions, and regular check-ins

Address client concerns and work closely with internal teams to provide timely resolutions

Analyze customer data to improve the client experience and report on key metrics

Manage the initial admissions process by partnering with the office/practice manager

Gather client feedback and collaborate with the product team to enhance offerings

Flexibility to work in multiple time zones to meet client needs

Provide onsite client support as needed

Required

2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with healthcare clients

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service

Ability to analyze client data and provide actionable insights

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to travel 50% of the time

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

Project management experience preferred

Familiarity with CRM tools, customer support software, and data analytics platforms
