Endura Services is experiencing growth and is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across its portfolio of home services brands. This role involves managing payroll processing, compliance, and systems in a multi-entity environment, ensuring accuracy and scalability as the company expands.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end payroll processing across multiple Endura brands

Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all entities

Manage payroll tax filings, payments, and year-end reporting (W-2s, W-3s, state and local filings)

Partner with HR on onboarding, compensation changes, benefits deductions, and offboarding

Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll questions and issue resolution

Reconcile payroll to the general ledger and support month-end close

Own payroll systems, integrations, and vendor relationships

Lead payroll setup and integration for newly acquired companies

Standardize and improve payroll processes to support growth and scalability

Maintain payroll documentation, controls, and audit readiness
