Responsibilities
Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on new business acquisition and revenue growth
Prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships
Lead discovery meetings to understand client objectives, challenges, timelines, and budgets
Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and customized print solutions aligned with client needs
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and handoff to production
Grow and retain existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across print, finishing, and fulfillment services
Collaborate closely with estimating, production, and customer service teams to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and on-time delivery
Qualification
Required
4–6+ years of B2B sales experience within commercial print, digital print, large format, or related print services
Strong understanding of print production workflows, estimating, and finishing processes
Proven ability to close complex, multi-service print solutions and build long-term client relationships
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Based in Phoenix, AZ, with the ability to travel throughout the greater Arizona region and other states
