Required

Bachelor's degree in Art or Design/Visual Communications or similar

A minimum of 8-10 years' prior design experience, preferably in a corporate environment

Management experience of a small team of individuals, proven leadership in design and/or project management success

Exceptional communication skills to support professional exchanges in brainstorming sessions involving cross-functional and multi-level management teams

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, etc., and the Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory

Strong design and page layout skills are required, along with the ability to create graphic elements from scratch utilizing the best application that will support effective updates

Works effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and consistently demonstrates a high level of organizational skill and customer service
