Responsibilities

Responsible for generating new commercial loan relationships and expanding our presence in the market

Actively prospecting, building a robust sales pipeline, and closing new business

Assist customers with their banking needs, including processing transactions, managing accounts, referring to affiliates, and other general office and banking tasks

Make loans, open new accounts, cross-sell services, and resolve problems

Coordinate work assignments for the branch staff and supervise the daily branch operations

Assist in coaching and developing branch employees

Responsible for areas of compliance as it relates to your position and may be assigned special projects or additional duties
