4+ years expCPG & Associates is partnering with a dynamic PE backed technology manufacturing company in North Dallas that is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the accounting operations due to consistent growth. The Corporate Controller will oversee day-to-day general accounting functions across multiple international entities and serve as a key partner to executive leadership, leading treasury operations, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead all general accounting functions across several international entities
Oversee month-end close and ensure timely, accurate financial statement preparation
Manage annual external audits, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and international tax laws (including VAT/sales tax)
Manage treasury operations (cash, forecasting, banking) and oversee standard cost inventory accounting
Analyze key financial metrics (sales, COGS, margins, SG&A) and provide data to executive leadership for strategic decision-making
Maintain GL account reconciliations, oversee credit management, and support risk management efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA a must
Big 4 audit background a must
4+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership, ideally in a private equity-backed environment
Strong background in financial reporting, transaction accounting, and working capital management
Proficiency in ERP systems and a track record of driving process automation
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams while enhancing financial transparency
Preferred
Manufacturing / Standard cost accounting experience a plus
