Responsibilities

Calculate daily stable value Net Asset Values (NAVs) for collective funds and institutional portfolios

Reconcile investment activity, positions, and rates with external partners

Monitor portfolio metrics and compliance requirements to proactively identify and resolve issues

Prepare financial reports and statements for clients, auditors, and regulatory purposes

Support audits and client inquiries with accurate, timely information

Research and interpret accounting guidance to stay ahead of industry changes

Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualification

Required

3+ years of accounting experience with strong analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal

Independent problem solver with excellent organizational skills

Preferred

Experience with stable value or fixed income investments

Knowledge of portfolio accounting, trade settlement operations, and fund processes

Familiarity with PAM Accounting software

BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; advanced certifications (CPA, CFA, MBA) a plus
